I'm estimating the date of this Pow-r-r-r series cement truck as 1966 even though I have no data to
support that conclusion. Bright colors and whitewall tires make it a stand-out.

This is a mechanical Sanitation Truck - operated by a simple hand crank as shown below. Structo
chose some nice color combinations and used them well on their Sanitation Trucks.
