In 1963 Texaco resurrected the 1959 Tank Truck. The trailers were identical, but the new version
featured an updated cab and a new black-wall wheel design.

All five decals were unchanged from 1959. The
new cab sported a side view mirror!

These wheels were hollowed out plastic but

Other than the change to the dressier white-wall tire design, this version of the Buddy L Tank truck
was the same as the last.
