    made according to the policies posted below. By
    purchasing any item depicted on the pumpkin-
    colored pages on this site, buyer agrees to all terms

    For Sale Policies:

    Most, but not all, of the toys listed on this website will be sold.

    Proceeds from the sale of these toys will be donated to a Christian school I recently served
    as principal. The funds will go to Zion Lutheran School of Fallbrook, CA. Unfortunately, toy
    purchases made under these circumstances are not tax deductible. Sorry about that.

    Payment must be by PayPal or Money Order only. Sorry, no Personal Checks. Possible
    payment methods include credit card purchases through PayPal. You do not have to have a
    PayPal account in order to use the Buy-It-Now option.

     Keep in mind:
1) Very, very, very few toys are PERFECT.
2) Photos can, and often do, make toys appear better than they are.
3) If an item is shown with a box, then the box is included. If not, no box is included.
4) Accessories (such as mini-catalogs) if pictured with the toy ARE included.
5) All items must be sold "AS IS" with NO RETURN.
6) Please e-mail any questions before committing to purchase.
7) Prices listed are firm. (If an item doesn't sell in a reasonable amount of time the price will be
   reduced and/or the item posted on eBay.)

    Shipping Policy:

    NOTE - If you order TOTAL is more than $300 that will qualify for free shipping.

    Will ship to US and Canada ONLY. Customs declarations, where required, will be stated
    honestly. Please do not ask for "adjusted prices."

    It is the buyer's responsibility to file claims with the shipper for any lost or damaged goods.
